How old do I have to be to be tattooed?
In the state of Oregon you must be at least 18 years of age with valid government issued ID at the time of your appointment.
Can you tattoo darker skin tones?
YES. Your skin is not too dark to be tattooed. I work with a great amount of care and concern to deliver beautiful results on all skin tones. Your melanin is gorgeous and deserves to be celebrated. Working with someone who understands your skin makes a difference in not only your tattoo but in your complete experience.
What kind of ID do I need to get a tattoo?
Most government issued identification that is not expired will do! This includes: passports, military identification cards, drivers licenses and state issued ID.
Birth certificates and student ID will not qualify.
Do tattoos hurt?
Well, yes, but probably not as bad as you think they will! Working with a caring and knowledgable artist will give you the best experience possible.
How much does it cost to get a tattoo?
Rates will vary based on your artist and the piece that you are getting. For custom tattooing I have a rate of $150/hour. Pre-drawn designs can be priced based on the design and size, if an estimate is not included with the design feel free to reach out! I have a minimum of $150 for tattoos.
What if I need a touch up?
When you get tattooed by me, a touch up is always included within a year. We want to wait for your piece to fully heal before you come in but you are always welcome! We want your tattoo looking the best it can.
How do I prepare for a first tattoo?
Figure out your design, contact your artist and come get tattooed! You are always welcome to bring comfort items like something snuggly, snacks, water, headphones, a book or a friend.
How do I get ready for a tattoo?
Good preparation helps your body and your mind to sit through a tattoo and ensure the best healing. Don't forget to eat before you come in!
